So….. here we go again. Lock down 3. Totally necessary if we’re going to get this new Covid variant under control.
Working from home and the kids are off school, online learning.
It’s tough enough for us grown-ups but it’s especially hard for the kids. No seeing their friends, no playing out, no days out, no going out for treats, no birthday parties….. the list goes on. They’re doing great so far but we need to support them as best we can.
I keep getting into trouble for walking in on live online lessons – and it’s justified. Those pupils have enough to distract them without family members jumping up in the background. We needed some kind of live lesson warning so I made this fun (kind of animé style) ‘No Entry’ sign to keep out unwanted intruders.
Print Your Own
Our sign has worked pretty well so I thought it would be good to share. You’ll need a desktop computer/laptop/smartphone with a pdf viewer, a printer, some card (I used inexpensive card from our local pound shop), a pair of scissors, a glue stick and a steady pair of hands for cutting out. The image is placed on the left-hand side so that it can be folded over and glued down (see below) to give it extra strength. You can download via the link at the end of this post.
